This document is published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and governs the access to and use of the Ron’s Busket mobile application and website (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

Platform Ownership & Authority

The Platform “Ron’s Busket”, powered by ForcherMart, is solely owned and operated by Muntasir Mamun Rony, having its registered place of business at Mirzapur PoliaPara, Beldanga, West Bengal – 742190, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Nature of the Platform

• The Platform is strictly a grocery delivery service limited to vegetables and fruits only.
• No other categories, services, or products are offered.
• Use of the Platform is limited to users located within India.

User Access & Account Rules

• Browsing the Platform without login is permitted.
• Placing orders requires registration using a valid mobile number or email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed to be performed by you.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order on the Platform, you irrevocably and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

User Obligations

• You shall provide only accurate, current, and complete information.
• You shall not misuse the Platform, its pricing, offers, delivery system, or payment mechanisms.
• You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• You shall not place fake, bulk, or malicious orders intended to harm the Platform.
• You shall comply with all applicable Indian laws while using the Platform.

Pricing, Availability & Orders

Prices of vegetables and fruits are subject to market fluctuations and availability. The Platform Owner reserves the absolute right to cancel or modify any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or operational constraints without prior notice.

Payments

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• The Platform does not store card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
• Failed or delayed transactions are subject to the payment gateway’s policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to delivery delays, price changes, or temporary unavailability.

Suspension & Termination

The Platform Owner reserves the unrestricted right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice or explanation, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Force Majeure

The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, network failures, or supply chain disruptions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beldanga, West Bengal.
